Business Lawyer / Wirtschaftsjurist | Hamburg

Our client, an international renewable energy company, is seeking a Business Lawyer to manage corporate housekeeping across its group entities. The role covers governance meeting support, resolution documentation, corporate structural measures, and officer and mandate management, working closely with the Head of Legal, Finance, auditors and notarial offices.

The role:

• Prepare and support shareholder and board meetings, including minute-taking, and manage KYC requests.
• Draft and document resolutions, maintaining up-to-date corporate documentation and shareholding overviews.
