Role Overview:
A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Business Information Systems (BIS) Lead to support its German Commercial and Medical Affairs operations. This role will serve as the primary interface between the local teams and the global/regional BIS organization, driving digital, data, and AI solutions to enable the successful commercialisation of current and future medicines in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the strategic partner to German Commercial and Medical Affairs teams, building strong relationships to understand current and future business needs
- Develop and maintain a roadmap of digital and data capabilities to support product launches in Germany
- Oversee and prioritise local BIS initiatives and ensure alignment with global/regional teams
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of tools such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault (MedComms and PromoMats), and other field solutions
