We are seeking an experienced Project Lead Statistician to shape the statistical strategy for Phase 1 and Phase 2a studies, influencing decision-making from first-in-human trials through proof-of-concept.

The Opportunity:

In this high-impact leadership role, you will:

• Lead statistical strategy for one or more early development projects/indications
• Provide scientific and statistical leadership across clinical plans, study designs, analyses, and regulatory interactions
• Mentor junior statisticians, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (ClinOps, Translational Medicine, Regulatory) and represent statistics in regulatory meetings
• Contribute to statistical standards, process improvements, and adoption of innovative methodologies (e.g.
